Safety and Rules

• Children under the age of 16 shall not use the pool, Pool Area, or be inside the Pool Area without being accompanied and supervised by an adult.
• Glasses, glass bottles, and any other items made of glass, are always prohibited from the Pool Area.
• Intoxicated persons are not allowed to use any of the Pool Area facilities and will be asked to leave immediately. If they fail to leave when asked, police may be summoned to escort the intoxicated person(s) from the Pool Area and take whatever action the police feel is appropriate.
• In case of an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
• Running, diving, and general “horse-play” are not allowed in the Pool Area.
• Large flotation devices (kayaks, rafts, large float tubes, etc.) are not allowed in the Pool.
• Dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed in the Pool Area.
• Children under 10 years of age are not allowed in the hot tub; children between 11 and 16 years of age must be supervised by an adult when using the Hot Tub, Pool, and Pool Area.
• Every user of the pool uses the pool solely at their own risk. There is no lifeguard at the pool.

Authorized Use

• Authorized use of the pool facilities is limited to the following persons: Unit owners and their guests when accompanied by the owner.
• Long-term renters (renters with a 3-month or longer lease) and their guests when accompanied by the renter.
• Short-term renters that are staying in the rented unit. Note: Short-term renters are not allowed to host guests at the pool facility.
• No more than 4 guests per owner or tenant shall be permitted without prior approval of the Board of Directors.
• All pool users must have a pool key card with them in the Pool Area. If an authorized user desires to have a party or invite 5 or more guests to the Pool Area, written permission must be obtained from Management 2 days prior to the date of the intended use. Replacement pool keys can be obtained from Management for a replacement fee of $100 which will be billed to the owner of the unit.

Maintenance

• Please report all maintenance issues to Management – do NOT try to fix matters yourself. 
• The hot tub cover must be replaced after each use. Owners will be held responsible for any damage resulting from failure to replace the cover after use.

Hours and Noise

• The pool (during the summer), hot tub, sauna, changing rooms, etc. are open daily from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Please do your best to be as quiet in the Pool Area as possible, during all hours. Loud music, podcasts, etc. are prohibited in the Pool Area. The gate to the Pool Area must be closed and locked.

Neat Use

• Users of the rest room/shower/spa/laundry areas should keep them neat and tidy for the next users. If users move pool furniture, it should be returned to its original position after use and clean up any spills or garbage. These are the areas in Sunburst most often commonly used by both residents and guests.

Personal Items

• Personal items, including clothing and towels, that are left within the Pool Area longer than 24 hours will be considered abandoned and may be removed by Management. Any items stored by Management longer than seven (7) days will be given to the local thrift store or disposed of as garbage.

Smoking

• Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco or other forms of using tobacco are strictly prohibited within the Pool Area.
